The COVID-19 pandemic forced us all to find glimpses of normalcy and social interaction within a distant world and guess what, "WE DID IT!" 🎉We've reaffirmed that no matter your industry, where you are in your development and leadership journey, social support is vital to our sustainability. 

LeapersLink brings together black women who work remotely or who feel isolated in their respective industries to build a power base of support in ways you don't experience on the job so that we can express our vulnerabilities, celebrate our wins and ultimately expand our skill sets to confidently progress in our careers and win in life. 

We don't just talk 'corporate lingo', we truly roll up our sleeves to unmask the root of the issue in hopes of uncovering a multitude of approaches to tackle the challenge. We’re here to share and uncover new ideas around our careers, financial wellness, and soul care. We share best practices on what works and gain inspiration and support from our peers. 

Our lounge series is centered around cross-functional collaboration, skillset assessments, and self-appraisals which help foster deeper intentional conversations about the good, the bad, and the ugly of this thing called 'career advancement' and life.
